A wood recycling process to recycle waste timber

By MARY KELLY-WALLACE, APEnvironment Canada forestry biologist is using a process to process wood waste to make timber pulp for paper products and paper products for food.

Environment Canada says the process, which has been developed by a forestry company, will use recycled lumber to create pulp for pulp products and pulp for food, which can be exported.

The process uses a process that recycles the wood by soaking the wood in water for two to three days.
